Ensure all photos incorporated into your project have been appropriately cropped, sized, and positioned to your desired arrangement.

If you observe a “”poor quality”” error icon on your photos, take heed, as this signifies that the image might not reproduce accurately during printing.

Verify the inclusion or removal of any optional add-ons as needed.

Confirm the accurate selection of the desired product size before purchase.

Double-check the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address. Any orders dispatched to inaccurately provided addresses will incur additional charges for reprinting and reshipping.
In alignment with your acceptance, PhotoGiftWorld cannot be held liable for the faulty printing of photos flagged as poor quality within our design platform. Additionally, we must avoid assuming responsibility for replacing products mistakenly ordered with an incorrect type or size.


Kindly ensure that any acquired discount vouchers have been duly applied, leading to the discount deduction from the Sub-Total. It’s important to note that unredeemed coupons cannot be retrospectively applied. If you encounter an error with your discount code, please contact our Customer Care Department via email [email protected].

Upon submitting your order, the project(s) will promptly undergo printing processing. To guarantee accuracy, please review your order before finalizing it. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the commencement of printing, which could be within 1 business day of placing the order at the latest. Cancellation requests are only accepted via email [email protected]. Our Customer Care Department operates from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. An order cancellation fee of up to £25.00 or the total order value (excluding any promotional vouchers), whichever is lower, may be applied at our discretion. This fee covers potential waste, re-processing, and handling costs related to amended or cancelled orders.

For orders already in transit, you can confirm shipment details and receive an estimated arrival date by contacting our Customer Care Centre via email at [email protected]. However, once an order has entered the delivery process, the Company cannot provide reimbursement for shipping and handling charges.

If your order still needs to enter the delivery process, changes can be made to the details by contacting the Customer Care Centre.


You possess the legal entitlement to cancel the Voucher (s) you have obtained from PhotoGiftWorld within 14 business days from the date of purchase (Cancellation Period). However, it’s important to note that if you choose to redeem your Voucher (s) during this Cancellation Period, you are explicitly consenting to provide products or services to you. In doing so, you acknowledge that this decision forfeits your ability to cancel the purchase of the Voucher. Should you redeem the Voucher and subsequently receive faulty products, kindly refer to the conditions outlined in the “”RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS”” below.


The Company retains the exclusive authority to determine the payment terms, and unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, the Company must receive payment before confirming an order. Payment options may include Visa, MasterCard, Solo, American Express, and PayPal (additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at the Company’s sole discretion). Orders become legally binding only once they have been accepted by the Company. The Company’s approval of your order explicitly hinges on your consent to abide by these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms, and any applicable membership terms.


Unless explicitly specified otherwise, the Company will make its utmost effort to send out products within 6 to 8 working days after receipt of a duly completed order. It’s important to acknowledge that this timeframe is an approximation. Due to this, we implement a waiting period of 15 business days after dispatch before considering resending any product. It’s essential to note that the Company bears no responsibility for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from delays in dispatch or delivery.

If you are less than completely satisfied, notify us, and we’re committed to taking all necessary steps to rectify the situation. Our 100% Satisfaction Assurance signifies that we won’t rest until you’re content, whether that involves reprinting your order or providing a refund.

Since the Company’s customized products, crafted to order, hold no intrinsic market value, returns can only be accepted if the merchandise is deemed faulty. In cases where personalized merchandise is found to be inaccurate or deviates from the ordered specifications, customers should reach out to Online Customer Support accompanied by evidence of the issue. If requested, the customer may proceed with returning the product.

In line with our stipulated terms and conditions, PhotoGiftWorld cannot be held accountable for any potential misprinting of photos marked with poor quality errors or for instances where a product of a different size than expected is delivered.

We strongly advise getting a delivery receipt from the post office as evidence of postage when returning things because we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


Cancellation of Personalized Photo Products incurs a fee of £25. We will compare your order and the original uploaded images to assess any quality disparities. Regrettably, we won’t be able to proceed with reprinting or replacing your order if the image is of inadequate quality. We wish to inform you that we retain the prerogative to request the return of an image or product. This request aims to verify any product errors, damages, or issues.


Without the Company’s express written authorization, the customer cannot assign the rights or duties described in this agreement.


This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, disregarding its provisions regarding conflicts or choices of direction. The customer acknowledges and consents to the United Kingdom as an appropriate jurisdiction for any legal proceedings and recognizes the authority of United Kingdom courts over this agreement and the customer. If the customer and PhotoGiftWorld are unable to amicably resolve any disputes, and if legal action, a lawsuit, or another judicial process is initiated, the party that prevails in such action, lawsuit, or judicial process will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs incurred.


The prices stated include value-added duties unless otherwise specified on the front page of this booklet.


Products are only represented in the photographs for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ from those shown.

Images and other materials (such as text comments and annotations on Images) uploaded, posted, contributed, disseminated, communicated, transferred, or linked to by a User on, through, or in connection with PhotoGiftWorld are considered “”User Content”” following these Terms (Fair Use Act circumvents the 2006 Digital Millennium Copyright Act “”DMCA””)(UK/EU Copyright Directive). Users must possess the appropriate rights to handle and authorize us to handle their User Content as intended for use in conjunction with the Services or other purposes specified in these Terms. User Content should only be uploaded or dealt with through PhotoGiftWorld with the proper rights. Each User is in charge of making sure that their User Content, as well as how they and we use it, complies with the following rules:

Must not violate any other rights, including trademarks, of any individual or entity or any obligations owed to any person or entity, such as confidentiality.

Must not contravene any applicable laws (including, without limitation, any criminal laws) or regulations.

Must not include false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content that might cause unnecessary annoyance, inconvenience, or distress to any person.
Must not misrepresent the User’s identity or impersonate any person.

It Must not contain any personally identifying information about another individual, such as their real name, address, email address, or phone number, unless you have that person’s express written consent.

It cannot advocate discrimination against people or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, handicap, sexual orientation, or age. It also cannot contain obscene, indecent, or objectionable content.

Must not harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy anyone.

If this is not the case, it must not create the impression that it originates from us.

Must not advocate, promote, or assist unlawful acts, such as copyright infringement or computer misuse.


The provided returns policy does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, poor installation or repairs, insufficient setup, severe temperatures, or improper storage. This limited warranty exclusively applies to refunds or replacements of PhotoGiftWorld Products. The customer explicitly comprehends and agrees that the products and services provided are furnished on an “”as is”” and “”as available”” basis.
All specifications of products, images, and other information showcased on the Company’s website are either provided by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, and publicists or collected from public-domain sources. The Company aims to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate and current as possible. There can only be one coupon or voucher used per redemption. Discount coupons cannot be used with other promotions unless expressly stated.
